Accessibility statement

Last updated 3 July 2026

Our commitment

We want Pharmosphere to be usable by as many people as possible, including pharmacists who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our working standard.

What we do

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus across the interface.
  • Labels and descriptions on form fields, buttons and icons.
  • Colour is not the only way information is conveyed, and we aim for sufficient text contrast.
  • Animations respect your reduced-motion setting, so movement is minimised if you ask your device for it.
  • Content is structured with headings and landmarks.

Known limitations

Pharmosphere is evolving quickly and some areas may not yet fully meet AA. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritise fixing them. If something does not work for you, please tell us.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, contact us at support@pharmosphere.co.uk and we will do our best to help and to put it right. See also our Terms and Privacy policy.
