Terms of Service

Draft — pending professional review
A plain-English first draft. Have it reviewed by a solicitor before launch.
1. About these terms
By using Pharmosphere you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. What Pharmosphere is — and isn’t
Pharmosphere gives UK pharmacists data, admin tools (shift logging, invoicing, payment tracking) and community. We never hold, move or process payments between pharmacies and pharmacists — we generate invoices and track their status only. Nothing on Pharmosphere is financial, tax, legal or clinical advice; it is general information only.
3. Eligibility & verification
The service is for UK pharmacists. Our “verified” badge reflects an internal community check of the GPhC number you supply. It is not an endorsement by, or confirmation from, the GPhC, and does not certify your fitness to practise.
4. Your account & conduct
Keep your details accurate and your login secure. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data, or post unlawful, defamatory or harassing content. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
5. Community content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to display it within the service. We may moderate or remove content. Do not post unverified, defamatory statements about named businesses or individuals.
6. Pharmacy data & estimates
Pharmacy statistics, income estimates and rankings are derived from public NHS open data and published fee schedules. They are indicative, may be incomplete or out of date, and must not be relied on as a statement of any business’s actual income or performance. If you believe something is inaccurate, contact us.
7. Anonymised rate data
Unless you opt out in Settings, rates from shifts you log are added to an anonymised benchmark with no link to you. We only ever show aggregated figures, never individual or “recommended” rates — you set your own rates independently.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on information in the service, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination & changes
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may update these terms and will note the date above.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. See also our Privacy policy.
